The monthly fee covers hosting, domain management, uptime monitoring, security patches, and minor bug fixes. It does not cover new features or design changes — those are quoted separately. You can cancel at any time and take your code with you.
Plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no WordPress, no React, no heavy frameworks. Sites are hosted on GitHub Pages (free, fast, reliable). Portals use Supabase for authentication and database. Everything is chosen for speed, low cost, and longevity.
Absolutely. We build with upgrades in mind. A Starter site can be extended into a Growth portal — you only pay the difference in setup cost. The code structure is already ready for it.
50% upfront to begin, 50% on delivery. Monthly hosting is billed automatically after launch. No surprise fees. Setup fees are one-time — you'll never be charged again unless you request new features.
Small edits (text changes, image swaps, contact info updates) are billed per request starting from $25. Larger changes or new sections are quoted individually. This keeps your initial project cost low — you only pay for what you actually need changed.
